At our Ringwood Car Service Centre the auto mechanic you speak to is the auto mechanic that performs your auto repair work. Put simply, there is no chance of you receiving misleading or contradictory information relating to the auto repair and servicing of your vehicle at our Ringwood workshop.

We endeavour to clearly advise;

- How long the repair of your vehicle will take and when the vehicle will be ready for pick-up from our Car service centre
- How much the vehicle repair will cost based on what repair work you want done
And, most importantly
- If extra work outside the vehicle quote becomes necessary we contact you to get the go-ahead before executing the repair work.

Our Quotations

...detail the auto repair work necessary, the cost including vehicle parts & labour, any agreements or promises made and whether new, re-conditioned or second hand parts will be used. Auto Diagnostic work is quoted as a separate item. If for any reason we cannot provide a firm quote we will explain why (for example, that the damage may not be evident until work has begun and some components are removed).
For your peace of mind, we keep damaged auto components for your perusal should auto repair and/or replacement be required.

Warranties/Guarantees

New car vehicle warranties will be covered when Ringwood Customer Care Automotive carries out servicing. Warranties/Guarantees on all parts and labour are provided (excluding customer supplied parts & second hand parts).
Should a warranty item be identified as in the case of a new vehicle we can (in consultation with you) contact the dealer saving you both time and worry (some warranty items are only honoured if performed by the car dealership).
